Many years of experience, training and special education
in gerontology make the employees of the Institute professionally
competent for care of the old age population. The Institute
has 365 health-care workers and consultants.

32 specialist doctors: general practitioners, internists,
neuropsychiatrist, clinical pharmacologists, physical medicine,
social medicine and epidemiology; of whom 2 doctors with
Doctor of Science degree, 11 Masters of Science, 2 specialist
doctors with subspecialisation in gerontology, and 5 chief
of staffs.
